Four Seasons was established in 2012 after combining some of the best landscape and property service minds throughout Southern California. 

After beginning with less than 10 employees in a small region, Four Seasons has grown to nearly 300 employees spanning from Santa Clarita to San Diego. 

Four Seasons is based in Santa Clarita, California, with satellite locations in North Hollywood, Inland Empire, Orange County, Ventura County and San Diego.

Landscape Foreman

Four Seasons is in search of Landscape Foremen who have a desire to be in a leadership role and provide our clients with quality landscape care.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience working with a team
  • Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of plant material, pruning practices, irrigation management and landscape chemical usage.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English desired

Landscape Crew Member

Four Seasons is in search of Landscape Crew Members who have a desire to work with a team of landscape specialists as the team provides quality service to clientele throughout Southern California. Our crew members perform a variety of tasks, which often include turf care, mowing, planting, trimming, fertilizing, digging, raking and sprinkler management, among other duties.

  • Base knowledge of landscape care
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to perform physical labor without restriction
  • Eager to learn

Tree Worker | Groundsman

Four Seasons is in search of groundsmen within the Tree Care Division. Groundsmen should have a base knowledge of tree care and be able to work with a team while pruning trees all over Southern California.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Appreciation for safety
  • Base knowledge of tree care
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to perform physical labor without restriction
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English desired

Tree Worker | Climber

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Four Seasons is in search of climbers within the Tree Care Division. Climbers must have prior experience climbing trees 50 feet and above. Climbers should have a strong knowledge of tree care and be able to work with a team while pruning trees all over Southern California.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Appreciation for safety
  • Prior experience climbing trees as a tree care employee
  • Strong knowledge of tree care
  • Knowledge of safety measures (including knots)
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to perform physical labor without restriction
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English desired
  • ISA Certified Climbers desired

Property Services | Porter

 

Four Seasons is in search of porters within the Property Services Division. Porters should have a base knowledge of property services, which can include general cleaning, trash removal, window washing, carpet/floor care and sanitation. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Appreciation for safety
  • Knowledge of general cleaning practices
  • Ability to work with a team or a sole member on a site
  • Ability to perform physical labor without restriction
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English desired
